ON A BAY THAT BELONGED TO NONE OF US
Print2019
Anthology is designed by the University of Houston’s Graphic Design class of 2020. This book contains sections of the individual accounts of the trip to the gulf of Texas, Rockport and Fulton. Each section in stylized and contains French fold of illustrative and photographed words. The dark tone of the design alludes to the tumultuous experience everyone had in the city still recovering from Hurricane Harvey. The book is hand-stitched and held only by the strength of exposed glue on the spine. The book, much like the city, looks unassuming from the outside of the box with only the ocean imagery exposed.
